CEASE AND DESIST ORDER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

�� After sending the original claim for Homestead in Common (dated 1/27/2014), which was sent by certified mail on 2/11/2016 to your alleged office, which was received by the hand of Terry Rogers, it was ignored and with no action or reply on your behalf. Then another update was sent by certified mail to the alleged Circuit Clerk of same county on 7/16/2014 which was also ignored and no recording, response or reply was offered or received again. Then on 6/12/15 the alleged Montgomery County treasurer sent me a fake real estate tax bill on the same land proven to belong to the NATION OF ISRAEL in which this supposed county is situated. You ignored my claim and sent me a tax bill that is not owed because you failed to act in accord with the claim as proven that this office has received. Thusly, why should I have to pay for any tax assessed to a land that you have failed to prove as a rightful possession under any semblance of jurisdiction? Then another letter was sent by this supposed treasurer�s office on 6/8/2016 to my attention to the above address which included a warning of outstanding property tax being due and yet no evidence that you held a right to deny my claim was ever justified. That same office, under same cover, also sent another tax bill allegedly for the 2015 tax year which is no more substantiated than the first unless you prove to me that this is a debt owed or imposed upon the NATION OF ISRAEL under Sovereign Authority. This alleged tax bill was received in this National Office on Friday, June 10^th, 2016 and without any answer to my claim I have no option but to send you this cease and desist notification. The warning letter threatened my ownership of this supposed �real� estate or property without any documentation or evidence proving your authority over the Holy and Promised Land that was willed to me by the records from Old Testament Authority. I also must let you know that in the court of PUBLIC OPINION other copies of this ORDER are being forwarded to a multitude of believers that know this claim to be a real and worthy of consideration as valid unless you can prove prior precedence of law that predates the Old Testament�s evidence proving this land to belongs to ISRAEL not some alleged state united by a consensus in sin. Your terrorist threat against the sovereignty of Jehovah and its national security of this nation also listed a phone number for me to call that would immediately grant you authority by the simple act of my acquiescing my GOD-GIVEN RIGHT to allegedly enjoy the civil right granted under your satanic jurisdiction. I do not recognize Ronald Jenkins as an authority or representative of your terrorist organization. I also do not recognize that either the circuit or county clerk in this supposed county to be a valid office as being �UNDER GOD� as obviously authorized in scripture. The most recent threat was sent from a supposed agent of this county named Sandy Leitheiser. I cannot accept this as fact by a simple claim without just proof as having any real authority over this land in question, so please be advised to cease and desist from the continuance of any further threatening letters or falsely generated tax bills. I did not marry this county or a supposed state of illinois and therefore I am not bound by any false premise or pretense alleging authority. I will not be a victim of extortion whereby you use force to gain any sort of mark or alleged signature which results in a criminal violation of my conscience.

�� My word is my bond as well as that of everyone else on earth and any supposedly endorsed document is null and void of any semblance to an Eternal Verbal Covenant under the fully vested authority of the One True Creator of all that the eye can see upon, over, or under this Sacred Land of which I am its only governor. There yet remains the burden of proof upon your agency should you decide to further make a claim without providing substantiating evidence that no man can produce. If this supposed county or state should decide to ignore this cease and desist order without first producing such evidence then your claims shall stand worthy of ignoring just as my claim has been ignored after providing undisputable evidence proving this land as belonging to the Nation of Israel with absolutely no authority granted to a so-called state claiming to be �UNDER GOD� without any evidence to document such a travesty under the Original Constitution still in full force and effect over this Beloved, Holy, and Promised Land. If Montgomery County doesn�t believe my claim is real then why does MATT. 19:29 comfort me so much. In the summer of 2013 I painted in big letters on the barn of the family farm that was at that time being probated in this same county. IT READ: PROTEST: THIS LAND NEVER DID BELONG TO NOEL PEASE (my deceased father) OR THE UNITED STATES! IT HAS ALWAYS BELONGED TO GOD! MATT. 19:29 �

MATT. 19:29 - And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. Those who may lose houses, farms, or the like will get repaid in abundance in the Kingdom in Abeyance now soon to be authorized �UNDER GOD.�

This family farm was where we moved to on Jan. 4, 1964 so that being 52+ years ago now. When we first moved here I was 11 years old. We worked the tillable acres and milked dairy cows while making a living off this land. We have quite literally put our blood, sweat, tears, and treasure into this land. I remember on the first day of school in the seventh grade (in 1967) I ran from the school bus to help my dad unhook a silage wagon when I had the end of my finger cut-off by the wagon hitch pin. In 1965 I was 13 when dad got pinned under a 24 inch Mulberry tree that my brother (age 11) and I rolled bending an 8inch limb enough through adrenaline that dad could get his leg out from beneath that limb. He lost the end of his thumb that day. We also milked 35 head of dairy every morning before school and every evening after school. This was always what we called �the farm� even after moving about thirty minutes away and still helped bale hay, straw and fixing fence for the cattle which was a never-ending task in itself. Mom passed away Nov. 20, 2003 and Dad passed away Jan. 18, 2012 when the farm then came up for probate. Before it was final I posted my protest (in 2013) on the front of the barn that is still being protested to this very day. I spent my life helping preserve and conserve this land. I have much sweat equity invested in it. I also sent a written protest to you by certified mail as before set forth by the dates previously discussed. And yet people think that I have not sacrificed anything trying to gain the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. Now Sandy Leitheiser warns me that this land in God�s Homeland belongs to this alleged county as the wife that you allege I am forced to marry in my old age who you say now owns half or controlling interest in this land. The letter said that all I have to do is call, which, of course, would grant you custody by my recognizing this office as official over this land that is still under protest in writing since the dates as described earlier. You warn that I could lose that which you have as yet failed to truly prove to be yours by clear title. In fact, there once was a title deed and abstract issued supposedly guaranteeing this property as titled but even that practice has been waived.

But now by these presents I have proven to you undeniably that Jehovah Almighty owns this His Holy Land and that He upon creation set His seal, portrait and inscription upon His Eternal Homeland that you seem to fail in recognizing. These alleged states united are not in possession of this land nor were they ever authorized to proceed in dividing up this Homeland of Israel. Now you still choose to terrorize me threatening to have the ability through a coerced document against my conscience to be official that gives you the right to steal away this land that I have so much invested in and all for a few hundred dollars that someone else has supposedly invested in the taxes you allege as still owing from the so-called 2014 tax year. If you have proof that holds precedent date prior to God�s Creating this HIS LAND then I ask that you quite simply to provide me with such a copy of that original document. I now hold a copy of clear and undisputed title to this land in my possession. You also have a copy of this title in your possession as it is the same book that was formerly used to swear in witnesses prior to giving a testimony and by laying their hand upon this official document the witnesses swore to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help them God. Now you seem to ignore that validity as my clear title with the inscription as performed. You may further insinuate that I was supposed to have signed or endorsed a document that foregoes my valid claim and allowing you to commit a fraudulent act against me without that violating my conscience. All this just so I can commit adultery alleging that I am married to this county, state or federal court system while I was married to my wife of 18 years at that time. I advise you to refund that person who alleges to have paid any tax alleging to be valid so that you are not guilty of fraud against that person as well. This land has been proven to not belong to these several states allegedly united against its Creator and the other party involved or any other entity except the nation of Israel of which I am its sole agency. All this fraud and deception just so a false messiah can rule over God�s People as alleging to be an official office of president over states so alleged to be united �UNDER GOD?� This should constitute criminality on your behalf and again I ask �BY WHAT AUTHORITY� (Quo Warranto) do you subject me to be terrorized into submission so that you may steal away God�s Homeland which I am entitled to serve as Governor over. You likely also were sworn into office using this same book to swear allegiance to a supplemental or replacement constitution null and void of law because it holds no legal precedence over the Original so upheld by the court alleging to be valid. Is not the agent for this county guilty of identity theft trying to pass themselves off as CHRIST JESUS THE KING WHOSE KINGDOM is located in your supposed jurisdiction? I know full well who is the anti-christ and who holds that official position of Christ Jesus being fully �UNDER GOD.� Will you proceed further allowing a thief to prevail or will justice be served? Of what need is there for title insurance unless you think that you are entitled to rip clear title out of my hard-working hand still scarred from working this land in question. How much fraud is condoned by this supposed county or court? You allege that as a voter a person should be able to trust in your rigged system but all who allege an ability to represent me at law seek to steal this land away from those faithful to Jesus which is discriminatory. May the Lord Jesus find you worthy rather than perversely unworthy in this hour of great tribulation and trouble caused by those headstrong individuals that blaspheme His Spirit continually? May God bring down all injustice by those who seek His injury, defamation, and extinction! I recall not long ago an ACLU case when it was decided that the words �THE WORLD NEEDS GOD� were removed from off a county building as a direct result of discriminatory action I appeal as being �defamatory rhetoric for it is truly obvious who Christ�s enemy is � this supposed county. The scam artist is neither Jesus, nor His Agent, but rather those who tell me that they are alleged to serve the God they hate so extremely that the system remains corrupt and broken. ��

�� About 12 years ago I was called to serve in Christ�s Ministry, of which I remain obligated to the end, in pursuing this treasonous dictatorship until they are no more representing evil before God in His Holy and Promised Land. I began on March 22, 2005 while dwelling in a village the system calls Tower Hill in a county supposedly under a state the sons of the devil calls Illinois that has now been substantially proven to be Israel�s Homeland as geographically described in Scripture as being THE ONE AND ONLY NATION OF ISRAEL from Old Testament clues, evidence and self-evident truth. I read enough to soon understand that there is no American residence on this land � only Israelite dwellings. I soon knew beyond any doubt where the Holy Land was located and then moved into my motor home atop Williamsburg Hill and from this Main Office for the King of Israel made my claim now all to conveniently ignored. As Jehovah�s Elect Governor of Israel and official agent I sent the aforementioned copies of the Second Release and Legal Claim in 2014. Now, after proceeding with all Seven Releases the international cover-up still continues. In 2014, the heathen rage and outcry continued as well. My landlord who rented me the campsite on Will Hill kept trying to get me to remove Israel�s Office and official authority. That landlord tore out the electrical connection after I had stayed there in the fall (Sept.) of 2013. After moving my motor home to the edge of the property against my will the harassment continued. The alleged sheriff of that so-called shelby county ordered me to move that motor home from the premises even though the rent for that campsite is still current to this day. After explaining to him that I did not move it, or park it where it was near the roadside along 1100 East Road, means that if I was not the one who parked it there then I obviously was not guilty of ABANDONING IT. The landlord�s action of relocating my motor home was his own and now a new sheriff came and left me a note on my Israelite dwelling at the address where I have now been forced to move the OFFCIE FOR THE NATION OF ISRAEL to. Then, after leaving a note on my front door giving me instructions that I should again call his office, and therewith making his office recognized as an authority, I chose not to give him such authority as pretended, alleged or claimed. Now that so-called official likely thinks that I have abandoned my motor home when I left it still in livable condition before others took discriminatory action against me. Again, I feel that I am being discriminated against by those claiming to be under authority �UNDER GOD� to drive me out just like the Anglo-Europeans did to the Hebrew remnant that once lived at peace in this same land before the national travesty and corruption now rampant even began. So, I advise you and any others alleging authority to reconsider before acting in trying to remove me or my property out of your way for you are not found to have any jurisdiction at all by this seventh notice, mentioning continued failure once for each time it has been ignored as legitimate. You can try stealing �the farm� and both of my Homes upon proof that you are so authorized to accomplish that implicit act of discrimination that began in 1094 and has not been stopped as of this date even though I soon shall prove this claim as perfect truth. Again, I advise you to CEASE AND DESIST as you remain incapable of exercising any act through your imposed and supposed status of incompetence.
