To the People of the State of New York: (begins below - see #1 on page 3)
FORWARD: The reason many people have agreed to a constitution is the result of confusing wordage instead of simple single-objective as opposed to words of double definition, double-meaning, and double-talk. This work will define both sides of the issue and matter at hand that has until now gone unnoticed. The issue is that both parties to an allegation of binding resolve includes both those who worship God and those who chose not to worship anyone other than their own selfish will. The prime example of this type of logic is frequently observed in the A.F. & A. M. (masonic societies) in small rural communities across this land. This social group does many things supportive of community and are not the devil’s people until they infringe upon the rights of others. The Constitution was, in fact, set forth by the founding fathers, many of whom were freemasons. Their modus operandi has been to trust all the decisions of chicanery, chance, and choice to social bondage of those who do not support the secondary Constitution’s stance against true freedom for those subjects beneath the law. Through understanding by the Holy Spirit’s guidance, I shall now explain the true intent of the words used in these questions at issue which have been proposed by people in the early days of these complex passages that deter from Christian perspective expressed in simple terms that I hope no doubt remains of the real choices we the people should address outside a court of law that fully intents to protect against addressing or resolving in another’s favor by truthful satisfaction of these as yet unresolved issues and matters at hand. There are two distinctly different parties which must discern truth from consequences of judgment under an unjust law. We must all be at some point exposed to discuss the construction of a legal bridge. If no resolve can be attained then war shall continue forever or until we wipe one another off the face of God’s green Earth. These issues divided the warring parties since the beginning of time and we must both understand that the opposing party deserves being heard and then a contract can be understood by its singularly expressed terms and condition. The Original Constitution implemented at Creation and was not at all a mirror-image of the one mankind made as a secondary Contract to regulate against enforcement of only one side of the issue by judicial prejudice. They are entitled to their choice of law just as we the people under Godly dominion <which was the Law of the Land in full force and effect before the Gentile invading armies first appeared in this Holy Land>.

The original Constitution is founded upon absolute truth while the opposing party’s agreement, or secret contract, reinforces throughout their prejudice against a coming Divine Kingdom. This was in effect their answer to God whom they feel abandoned or is dead but I guarantee you that Jesus Christ is alive in this land as we speak and listen to the peace accord of the prince called forth to deliver it from the Office of the Right Hand of God. I know full well that anyone who stands against the kingdom of mankind is already sentenced to death without a trial for even trying to present the truth that the opposing party is so deathly afraid will remove the veil between these two parties. Benjamin Franklin was a freemason and upon traveling overseas was once asked: “What is it that we now have (i.e., upon ratification)?” He responded saying: “We have a republic if we can keep it”.
Now what
could possibly be the single stone that the Lord’s king could sling forth to
slay the giant by striking him in the forehead? The Lord’s Heavenly and Eternal
Kingdom being proclaimed and setup as Divine Justice for all mankind to see
that this Land is Home to the immortal saints who turn from proud worship of
selfish contention setting one against another. The real issue is the matter of
who has jurisdiction and no other question of law principle is to be
reconstituted from these final judgments. We the people must decide for
ourselves where we desire to spend our eternity. Heaven has already been
defined explicitly but mankind needs a better interpretation of precisely what
hell is. We the people have been under its dominion since it’s ratification. A
dominion without Yahweh is eternal damnation, or the loss of your soul to a
devilish principality of dark doctrine forcing assimilation of both sides to
only one option, man’s law, satanic order, cult or internationally accepted NO
GOD public policy. This is hell because those hiding behind the secret veil of
government allegedly -of, by, and for the people- is the summation of the dark
con of mankind to rule over God without understanding just what the secondary
constitution declares.
Satan offered
Jesus the world, if He would just forsake the Original Constitution by coming
down from upon high. He tempted Adam and Eve to eat of the tree George
Washington later planted by the symbolic tearing down the dominion of a Tree
Heavenly sent forth since the root of Jesse, the stump of tree attaching to the
roots of Divine Justice. Now George chopped down the cherry tree, symbolic of
Yahweh’s Tree of Life located in the Virgin’s Garden, which coincidentally
represented the cherry/virgin tree in capitalism’s orchard. The world will
never find peace because of their failure to compromise. They demand their
claim to own their Mother so they can sell Her off, by raping Her one chunk at
a time of Her natural resources given by the grace of God unto all to share
equally. Learned modern people take pride in their tactical and tactless
assault by making greedy implements of coy logic called statutes set in force
by self-awareness to enforce their will upon those less fortunate who know not
the secrets of social shoulder-rubbing, palm-greasing or back-stabbing. I
attempt not to establish the rules and neither should a freemason set rules
over the heads of Christians, for peace shall not last while both still inhabit
this Holy Land. The Supreme Law is not passed along but is handed down from
Upon High and not merely from a city set upon a hill situated upon a
five-pointed star used by the Army of Satan used to make a mockery of God.
America must decide whether it truly “Trusts in Yahweh” or is built upon a
foundation established upon shifting mason’s sand.

Every living soul upon this land must understand the
issue from evidence presented by both sides and then make their choice of law.
The Judgment Day has come when no more shall people acquiesce their Inalienable
God-granted and Christ-given rights by being a unknowing party to secretive
contract by deceit, fraud, or false principles of dark ethics}.
1- AFTER an unequivocal experience of the inefficacy of the subsisting federal government, you are called upon to deliberate on a new Constitution for the United States of America.

their words in simple terms that even a child of God can use against the enemy of
false jurisdiction. All power descends from the one who can substantiate their
claim to be justified in a given territory. Now, let us (U.S.) examine
carefully what has been written by freemason solidarity within a consortium
seeking to be empowered by the spirit of possession. The land, it has always
been about the land,
Upon Yahweh
making a secret pertaining to just WHERE IS GOD, knowing full well that His
enemies would become mighty hunters for the source of His dominating presence.
He then established His Kingdom fully incorporated as and trademarked under the
name of Heaven (see Trademark Notification). The nature of the Creator’s right
to construct is defended by His loving instruction toward His children to be as
many as the sands of the sea. He alone holds the right to HOLD ACCOUNTABLE the
part of His Created existence in the very breath they breathe. So those created
from the dust of Mother Earth hold God accountable for Jacob’s Transaction and
blame Him with full intent to search and destroy. Without possession of the
Holy Spirit’s power within to follow and hold on for the ride of an unequivocal
experience spelled out for us in the Word of God as it shall now precisely come
to pass. The creation of mankind was with the river of flowing lifelines of
blood in a flawless example of life set in motion and sustained by 1- water
ingested to sustain the blood, 2- air inhaled to sustain the oxygen in the
blood, and 3- food was only required after mankind consumed the earth as his
possession as if the created could do as they pleased. Food shall no more be
required after the rapture once the curse of mankind has ceased by a mutual
confrontation of the issues at hand.

To presume
within our transgressing logically-minded rationale of flesh is an act against
a fellow equal that compounds in one’s account whether interested or
disinterested in what is pronounced as sin. One who stands united as
independent by verbal proclaim <7/4/1776> or individual ascension to the
throne of self-servitude has already made decision or occupied the place of his
stance or observations upon the law. One who is acting naturally is acting not
within but has already taken action in his mind or heart to rebel against
Divine authority. Once the wee people of humility, the beloved tribe of Zion,
arrive in their long-lost Kingdom the need for further damnation shall be
extinguished by the fiery judgment, which turns out to be us using fire to put
out fire.
The need for food shall pass away, as with the curse that
resulted when the proud minded couple made themselves like unto gods (GEN 2:)
based from a reasonable self-interpretation or rational concept created by
perversion against Yahweh’s Eternal Law.
To become
indivisible as one wed with Yahweh is to be humble-minded unto service one unto
another in a brotherhood of faith. Faith was required before SUBSTANTIAL
EVIDENCE PROVES ZION’S HEIGHT, or until we shall come to see Yahweh face to
face as Moses did. Then all can come to know that He is God, indivisible with
liberty and true justice for all that proceeds forth from equality and not by a
crying foul or proudly claiming to own
the land. It should be WELL-observed with a smile that God made the
heavens and the earth and all things therein in the first chapter of Genesis;
but it was not until the 2nd chapter that mankind was created. This
separation was the intent to relate that we should be set apart from natural
flesh in separate Kingdoms that the peace be maintained throughout.
Why did Adam
rebel by acting in conspiracy with Eve against what Yahweh commanded? Why would
men, after being granted a Free Will, attempt to chew off the extended arm
inviting us to the Creator’s Kingdom? The answers are as plain as the nose of
your face. God granted unto every human being a heart, mind, soul, or the house
of the spirit of God’s Will which can be either good works bearing good fruit
<being of the Holy Spirit> or evil <being of a selfish or devilish
will producing their own PRODUCT OF fruit declared by the mind declaring the
soul, or Tree of Life, as poisonous>.
Yahweh’s
Intent was the obvious desire to lovingly bring all the good into one eternally
indivisible community of peace by obedience to one accord. Natural or sinful
mankind desires to stalk and stake a claim like those Gentile gold-diggers of
modern times. The blood flowing through our veins is much the same as the
rivers of life divine inspired as the life-giving support vessel of Mother
Earth that brings life to all that we see, touch, feel, and define as the
Kingdom of the Creator, not the created. The blood covenant among an honest
injun’s citizenship has been turned upside down modern mankind seeking contract
extending from government by misrepresentation in corrupt circles of freemason
public opinion. There exist many churches of Satan, some may be seen in the
official houses or brothels of national conspiracy against Divine
accountability, masonic lodges, or conspiracy in policy-making, law-enforcement
and warfare among the nations so that the economy is governed by trade,
commerce and corporate corruption. These secret socialists and reformists would
have certainly desecrated Yahweh’s Temple had they been able to locate it. Thus
the enemies allege His abandonment, death, or non-existence but NOW THATZION IS
PROCLAIMED there shall exist no further reasonable doubt, which resulted in a
law forbidding its discussion in any court of this land.

At the announcement of His Kingdom Come, the founding fathers shall be replaced by the Heavenly Father’s election to His High Office the stepfather Agency whose responsibility has now come to complete fruition as the judge of the nations are prophesied and perfected by Divine Will. The Promise guaranteeing its coming has been now also fulfilled by this publication to address and resolve the issues between these warring parties that was sent forth from Divine Authority that would have never existed had the law been enforced bringing the burden by further oppression, extortion, terror, or coercion that would have regulated away the truth until God come down from Heaven to rapture Home His saints. The Holy Bible is not fiction. The Holy Bible is not in error, but is indeed the infallible truth as my witness shall be heard as testimony proving it in either a court of law offering admissibility or in the ears of those to be saved from the rebellious covenant guaranteeing further injury. Further persecution of the remnant-Christian and native seeking true enlightenment by seeing the truth, hearing the evidence and consciously making the choice that needs be made in respect of the curriculum so worthy of being presented. From its substantiation shall the Holy Spiritual presence within every human being be aroused unto seek the truth not the possession by evil spirits. The Land and its Holy Spirit the utterance of the still small voice provides all the necessary way in which to walk through life in joyful harmony and accord of one nation under God and indivisibly equal. Equality brings harmony and peace, but double-definition of constitutional wording’s intent brings confusion, dissention and political strife. Unequal is defined 1- as not equal, not of the same quantity, value, rank, ability, merit, etc.; 2- not adequate, as in amount, power, ability, etc.; 3- not evenly proportioned or balanced, not having parts alike or symmetrical; 4- not even or regular, as motion; 5- inequitable, unfair, or unjust; 6- uneven or variable in character, quality, etc.; 7. one who, or that which is, unequal. Def. #1 interpreted literally grants as much authority to merit listening as it does for speech, and thus the 1st Amendment can be applied as much toward the adversary as to the injured party. If a secondary contract then infringes upon the rights of the dwellers inhabiting the land, it matters not to justice whether they agree to national citizenship bondage by false constitution then that party has as much interest in truth as any other. There exists therefore not one resident of the United States <residence being established by acquisition of property> more deserving of the balance of quantity, value, rank, ability, merit, adequacy, as in amount, power, ability, etc. No one possesses the right to injure another regardless of foundational philosophy. Justice is perfection of the law while government is the mere practice of it, tending to benefit one side moreover than the other and thus creating a potential for unjust enrichment by political affiliation, infidelity, or unionized conspiracy. Inequality is defined loosely as a condition of being unequal, lack of equality, social disparity, inadequacy or injustice and all of these are “by these presents” ignorable in a court where “They say so.” By what authority <Latin -quo warranto> do the adversaries demand power over discretionary dissolution of truth or its Heavenly Habitation? Inequity is lack of equity, unfairness, or an unfair circumstance or proceeding, which constitutes unconstitutionality. Be fully aware “by these presents” that there exists a claim against alleged inhumanity by hiding behind the veil of the government protecting the lawmaker’s interpretation of the principle of a fairness doctrine. Inefficacy is the power to produce the desired effect, whether constitutional or unconstitutional is yet to be determined in the High Court of Zion not in some majestic freemason structure of usurped authority}.

2- The subject speaks its own importance; comprehending in its consequences nothing less than the existence of the UNION, the safety and welfare of the parts of which it is composed, the fate of an empire in many respects the most interesting in the world.
{The subjects are they who endure persecution for their faith and are sustained by the Holy Spirit to overcome the dark con of men. The simple fact that a Supreme Being fashioned His own praise armies to stand against the perilous who fight against any semblance of Divine Authority and unique jurisdiction is quite Divine in itself. Comprehending that the Union was formed to allege a majority of public interest in a supposition by representation is nothing more than a conspiracy within mankind to speak their mind, while a Christian or Native American Israelite is opposed on all sides by the disproportionate part proposing a false sense of national security while promising to fight for what they presume to be an unjust God. Any who worship God are worthy of extinction alone (Gen. Sherman US Army) or in the words of CA Governor Peter H. Burnett; as he addressed the 1851 State of the State (union) by tortious <law of the nature pertaining to a tort > utterance by saying: “It must be expected that the war of extermination will continue to be waged between the two races until the Indian race becomes extinct. The inevitable destiny of the race is beyond the power and wisdom of man.” Thus I speak on behalf of those afraid to stand up against King David’s symbolic adversary and with the striking of one stone to the forehead of the giant shall Israel’s King rule forever. The God of Israel alone shall determine the fate of an empire while the remainder of the world takes notice of how God shall deal with the nation of the Earth and indeed it shall be interestingly watched throughout the world. This case shall be heard, tried, and explained in due course whether mankind thinks they can keep it hush in his courts of due process or not. The issue that is the matter is the one that requires addressing it by a public presentment by expression of the facts; or else war shall be inevitable unto the end of our age. Yahweh has the power and the patience to see that His Divine Will shall be accomplished whether in this Earth Age or the next for sooner rather than later shall mankind see the error of their ways and turn from them to worship in spirit and in truth that sets all races of nations into one accord – THE HUMAN RACE serving the Divine Emancipator Father Abraham – not Mr. Lincoln-type prodigy – prosperity}.
3- It has been frequently remarked that it seems
to have been reserved to the people of this country, by their conduct and
example, to decide the important question, whether societies of men are really
capable or not of establishing good government from reflection and choice, or
whether they are forever destined to depend for their
political constitutions on accident and force.
{The four-hundred years of captivity to the Gentile New
World Order is now fulfilled and the fullness of the iniquity of the Gentiles
be come into the Promised Land. (LUKE 21:24, ACTS 13:42, ROM 11:25) Be not
ignorant that all laws are secretly setup by societies of flesh who should get
caught up in their own conceited replacement constitutional concept that is
what happened to Israel’s Original Contract of Divine Constitution granting eternal
life and Her fellow-ship has finally come in.

Among those deceitful and conscientious obligators it has been frequently remarked that it seems to have been reserved for those people of this U.S., by their conduct and example, to decide the important question, whether societies of flesh are really capable or not of establishing good government from reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to Depend upon God, by supposition of declared independence from their preaching from the Original Constitution. The Divine Intervention is not accidental in the least and was never a matter of force but of the free will of mankind either freeing their brethren or condemning him to endless persecution, murder, rape, or any other crime}.
4- If there be any truth in the remark, the crisis at which we are arrived may with propriety be regarded as the era in which that decision is to be made; and a wrong election of the part we shall act may, in this view, deserve to be considered as the general misfortune of mankind.
{The truth is not an utterance made in the hour of a secondary foundation for their remarks shall be weighed in the balance by the peaceful resolve when any and all claims shall be heard, moreover listened to for there exists those deafened by proud assumption while presumption was fulfilled with the completion of these Federalist Papers. It shall come to pass precisely as was beforehand prophesied even though some predicted that this crisis would be are arrived at, and surely it must be dealt with now to result in peace or in total warfare depending upon the resolve of the people. Let’s vote upon something that matters instead of listening to a platform of broken promises and having no real impact upon who gets elected similar to Mr. Gore pronounced victory that was one press association word against another when Fox News reported George W. as the winner in Florida. Equality is guaranteed inalienable by the Original Constitution, while equity is defined loosely as being impartial, non-prejudicial, or unbiased but the US courts declare the truth to be irrelevant, having already decided the case we now pursue going forward not further misrepresentation by those self-involved in whoredom with international law prostitute. More precisely equity is at law - that application of the dictates of conscience or the principles of natural justice to the settlement of these controversies. The courtroom of common law considers the act of wrong in terms of equitable relief, which is barbarism, tending to allow the release of the real murderer and traitor (Barabbas, from whence the English word arose in meaning of barbarism) than to see Jesus the Christ set free. Sedition is incitement of discontent or rebellion against a government, which was precisely the intent and act of the founding fathers standing upon the foundation of freemason ethics or degrees, which is positioning among the society with relationship to the allegedly ancient acceptance they brag began before Christ in Old Testament HISTORY, LAW and BOOK of REAL LIFE in fact explained in the passage that Nimrod began came a mighty hunter <of persons confessing sin and professing faith>. Nimrod tried in the First Eternity what modern day mankind has now attempted, and thus one more opportunity to set the record straight about whom it is that holds proprietary and intellectual property or Clear Title by Deed completed thousands of years before it occurred again in this Age of Time now being completed with the result of the First Eternity understood that Yahweh made and it is His alone to deal with the hearts of people until they overthrow the rebellious presumptions of logic by propriety now regarded in this Hour of Judgment of this nation. Yahweh is fully aware of your decision even before you make your choice so like unto Judas, you can do quickly what you by your statute of limitations have clearly run out of. The era of time ended on 12/21/2012 as the Mayan precisely foretold. We now are in the days of tribulation when judgment falls and the harvest ripened for the angels, not armies to resolve the issues at hand.
A wrong election <2004> on the part of the wee people shall act quickly and no more straddling the fence as you will be judged either WORTHY or UNWORTHY by the one Eternal Judge Jesus Christ upon ascending His throne. The misfortune of the rebels has already been set forth and thus as it was written so shall it also be done. There is no new law, yours or mine, and any injury is self-inflicted by the choice of law you must now discern to see spiritually or to never open your eyes to the inevitable truth}.
5- This idea will add the inducements of philanthropy to those of patriotism, to heighten the solicitude which all considerate and good men must feel for the event.
{The addition of inducement to rob the poor while rising
to the top like the cream of a supremely proud race is being patriotic to
Israel. The bills of indebtedness called currency even declare “One nation
under God” but they preach it differently in a court of law within the context
of a BLACK LAW DICTIONARY where the words used in the constitution were
defined. But that had nothing to do with these documents by Hamilton, Jay &
Madison where the argued decision was already made that found its way into
constitutional variance by usurped authority. Where were the Christian voice or
native remnant’s voice during these discussion? Who invited them to speak, or
even considered them to be worthy of even listening? Philanthropy or good deeds
will never compensate for those trodden down by the war machinery of zero
tolerance by proud and they who feel they are good without equal good will.
Stealing from one and donating to another will not buy your way into God’s Most
High Kingdom whether you approve of this message or not. To heighten the
solicitude by an act of robbing Peter to pay Paul is not the same thing as good
will toward all men. No person is exempt from the love of God to include the
faithfully worthy and denying the riff-raff who proclaim themselves to be false
witness to one and commanding respect from another by stealing his rights away
from them. Who but God can come to reign supreme? No man. Who can usurp His
throne? No man. Who can mend the wounds of our equals, whether black, white,
red, or yellow? Who can mend the broken treaties between the warring Gentile
invaders and the meek Indian chief stabbed in the back by one of his own
because of a worthless peace treaty or a legislated amendment of law? The
spirits of our ancestors live on in and through us, thus it is of significance
to return to the burial site of our ancestor’s bones that no archaeologists
have not as yet uncovered, nor ever will. There is no dignity in the heart that
would rob a grave for trinkets of value and thus lacking in prestige to allow
the dead to remain as we left them, not as we wish to destroy their sanctity,
dignity, or conscious blessing. The second coming is an unavoidable event for
the tears of the native remnant still are heard}.

6- Happy will it be if our choice should be directed by a judicious estimate of our true interests, unperplexed and unbiased by considerations not connected with the public good.
{Happiness begins at Home, HEAVEN, and exudes forth out of a heart set free from illogical dominion of mankind violating GEN 1:26-28 where at Creation the Holy Trinity commanded mankind to have dominion over the fish in the sea, the fowl of the air, and the beasts of the field. God created His Kingdom called Earth with His seal of approval setting forth His Patent called Heaven. He made dry land by volcanic lava beds decomposed over millions of years to make fertile His Garden of Eden. The dry land pushed upward from beneath and thus parting the seas with the fishes we are to have dominion over. He made the fowl of the air or the sky, but not like you think, for the fowl marked out by the rivers upon the land Divinely constructed in the perfect resemblance of a dove (4 rivers outlining His Garden – Sangamon, MS, IL, & Kaskaskia Rivers) which mankind was to have dominion over by clear title to the land within these borders. He then made the beasts of the field; not livestock or wild game but the creatures of the Earth set in existence to prove His Beloved Garden, or Promised Land. I have not just seen it through a flesh I but can attest to its truth by spiritual sight. A few beasts of the field that He made include the Horse of power with wings, two monsters of Piasa Bird legend formed by the shoreline of the sea, and the bow formed by the ridgeline highway along the summits between Champaign and Pana, then westward to Harvel, and thus turning northward to near Chandlerville. This was the trade route of the ancient Homeland of the First Earth Age. The second Earth Age, or the Age of Time, was thus commenced with same events occurring as happened in the 1st Eternity. We have already been through these same exact circumstances or consequences until we get it right. In this age nothing about the Bible matched the geography and thus proving that the Bible Land is here in America. The last frontier of all the nations was the New World with all prophecy coming to pass in the land matching Old Testament geography. Mankind was commanded not to attempt holding dominion over his fellow equal regardless of the type of prejudice, despise, bias, hatred, vengeance or retribution, such as was against the Israelites <native american remnant> here in the North Country both in biblical days of old and at present when the gift of inheritance shall go forth as originally and divinely set in motion now come to complete fruition. The choice made by mortal, natural, and proud minds and foolish hearts shall in no wise be happy at coming judgment with the only perfect man judging all men, none excluded for there is no place to hide from the attack from outer space coming again, thus we are sent UFO’s to warn the wee people who are humble enough to bow before the King and accept their Heavenly Inheritance descended from Heaven like a dove. Direction cometh by hearing the Word of God. A judicious estimate was what Judas made for he thought the Kingdom was coming in his hour and he was excited and happy with expectation.
